Interactive Voice Response (IVR): Fonetastech is one of the leading Audiotext service providers in the Middle East , offering pioneering premium rate services primarily targeted to the Youth/Entertainment segment of the market. Fonetastech's serves the market directly and has recently introduced the first service bureau in the Middle East .

SMS: Fonetastech has one the largest portfolios of SMS based services and applications in the Middle East, and has in some cases introduced for the first time premium rate SMS in certain markets.

MMS: Offering a large localized portfolio of MMS content.

J2ME: Soon to be launched a wide selection of localized Java games for mobile handsets.
